Introduction
The Walk Brothers attaches great importance to the protection of your personal data. This policy explains how we collect and process your information when you visit our website.


Data Collection & International Transfer
We collect data when you use our contact form (Name, Email, Message). This information is used solely to respond to your inquiries and manage our commercial relationship.

Note: Data may be transferred to and processed in countries outside the European Economic Area (EEA), such as Israel and the USA, under the standard contractual clauses provided by our host Wix.com.

We use analytical cookies (e.g., Google Analytics) to understand how visitors interact with our "Cases" and "Expertises". You can accept or refuse these cookies via the banner on our site.

3. Terms of Service (Extracts for Design & Packaging)

1. Intellectual Property & Transfer of Rights
All creative concepts, sketches, and unused proposals remain the exclusive property of The Walk Brothers. The transfer of copyright for the final selected design (Branding, Packaging, Visual Identity) to the Client is strictly subject to full payment of the final invoice.

 

2. Scope of License
Upon full payment, the Client is granted a license to use the final design for the following purposes: Worldwide, for all media related to the product packaging and digital promotion.

 

3. Validation & Print Responsibility (BAT)
The final validation of the designs (via email or signature) constitutes the "Ready to Print" (Bon à Tirer). Once validated, the Client assumes full responsibility for the content, including spelling, legal notices (ingredients, weight, labels), and barcode functionality. The Walk Bros cannot be held liable for printing errors occurring after the Client’s validation.

 

4. Promotion
Rights The Client explicitly authorizes The Walk Bros to feature the completed project, including the Client’s name and trademark, in our "Cases" section on the website and on our social media channels for promotional purposes.
 

5. Payment & Late Fees (Belgian Law)
Invoices are payable within 30 days. Any late payment will incur, by right and without prior notice, a late interest fee of 10% per year and a fixed indemnity of 10% of the invoice amount (minimum 100€). In accordance with Belgian law, a lump sum of 40€ for recovery costs will also be applied to each overdue invoice.
 

6. Jurisdiction
Our relationship is governed by Belgian Law. Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Brussels.
